BCE CLUB — Child Safety & CSAE Policy

Committed to protecting children and preventing Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE). This page explains our standards, reporting options, moderation procedures, and designated contact for child safety matters.

1. Introduction & Statement of Commitment

At BCE CLUB we prioritise the safety and wellbeing of all users, and we have a zero tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). We design our product and moderation processes to prevent harm, to remove abusive content quickly, and to cooperate with authorities where required.

Scope: This policy applies to content, communications, profiles, images, and behaviour that occur on or via the BCE CLUB platform.

2. Key Definitions

  • Child: any person under the age of 18, or as defined by local law in jurisdictions where this differs.
  • CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): any visual depiction (photograph, video, digital rendering, or other) that depicts a minor engaged in sexual activity or with sexual intent.
  • CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation — behaviours, content, or transactions that involve the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or solicitation of minors.
  • Grooming: actions intended to befriend or build trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.

3. Prohibited Content & Behaviour

Users must not use BCE CLUB to:

  • Create, upload, share, or promote CSAM in any form.
  • Groom, sexually solicit, exploit, or attempt to meet minors for sexual purposes.
  • Share sexually explicit images or messages involving minors or sexualised depictions of minors.
  • Use the platform to facilitate trafficking, sextortion, or other criminal activity involving children.
  • Encourage, normalise, or trivialise abuse or exploitation of children.

Any such content or behaviour will be treated as a serious violation and will result in immediate action.

4. Reporting & In‑App Mechanism

BCE CLUB provides an in‑app reporting mechanism. Reports can be submitted directly from content (posts, images), profile pages, or chat messages without leaving the app. The reporting flow includes a category selector and a free‑text field for details.

Alternative reporting: Users may also email our child safety team at info@bceindia.club.

Example report fields
  • Report type / category (e.g. "CSAM", "Grooming", "Harassment")
  • Short description of the issue
  • Links / screenshots (optional)
  • Where it occurred (profile ID, message, post link)
  • Contact information (optional — if you want a follow up)

Reports submitted through the app are processed without requiring the user to leave the application, consistent with Google Play policy requirements.

5. Moderation, Enforcement & Response

All reports are reviewed by our dedicated moderation team. We prioritise child safety reports and follow a documented review workflow:

  1. Immediate triage — severity assessment and evidence preservation (logs, attachments).
  2. Content removal or restriction when suspected CSAM or imminent harm is identified.
  3. Account action — temporary suspension or permanent ban for violators.
  4. Escalation to investigators or legal teams if needed for follow up.

We retain evidence as required and log moderation decisions for auditing and legal cooperation.

6. Escalation to Authorities

When reports meet the legal threshold for CSAM or serious exploitation, BCE CLUB will report confirmed incidents to the appropriate regional or national law enforcement and child protection agencies. We cooperate with lawful requests for information and provide evidence to support investigations.

Where permitted and necessary, we will notify affected users and preserve data to assist authorised investigators.

8. Designated Point of Contact

Our designated child safety contact is available to discuss BCE CLUB's policies, reporting procedures, and compliance activities.

Email (primary): info@bceindia.club

This inbox is monitored by authorised staff who can speak to enforcement, compliance, and investigations. You may also provide a case reference when emailing to help with tracking.

9. Community Responsibility & Guidance

Keeping BCE CLUB safe is a shared responsibility. We encourage all users to:

  • Report suspicious behavior or content immediately using the in‑app report flow.
  • Avoid sharing personal information with unknown users.
  • Use privacy features (blocking, reporting) to protect themselves and others.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away before submitting a report through the app.

10. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Can I report anonymously?
A: Yes — you can submit a report without providing contact details. Providing contact info helps us follow up if needed.
Q: Will I be notified about action taken?
A: We cannot share specific details about another user's account for privacy reasons, but we may provide a brief acknowledgement and status update if you provide contact details.
Q: What if I have legal concerns?
A: Our designated contact can coordinate with law enforcement. For urgent legal matters, contact your local authorities immediately.

11. Evidence Preservation & Recordkeeping

When investigating child safety reports, BCE CLUB preserves relevant evidence — including copies of reported content, associated logs (timestamps, IP addresses where lawful to collect), and moderation notes — for investigation and potential legal processes. Access to these records is restricted to authorised staff and disclosed only as required by law or to authorised investigators.

12. Updates & Policy Review

We regularly review and update this policy to reflect legal requirements, platform changes, and best practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
